We will assist you in doing improvements or repairs in your property through competent vendors. Our Services include interiors, modular kitchens and wardrobes, home automation and security, solar power, rainwater harvesting, water proofing, painting and sundry repairs.

• On receiving a request along with your property details and requirements, we will evaluate and then request you to pay the initial service fee based on feasibility.
• We will share the requirement with two to three of our vendors and then get a quote from them.
• Based on the quotes, you can choose a vendor and will have to pay the vendor charges along with our service fees for monitoring.
• An advance payment will be made to the vendor and our executive will coordinate to initiate the work.
• The work will be monitored until completion of work and reports will be sent either on a daily basis or as per progress.
• Upon completion of the task, we will evaluate the work and send you a final report along with pictures and any other supporting documents.
• The final payment will be made to the vendor once you confirm after checking the report.
